MAIL - 19 - Part - 16

I Wrote -

Dear Friend

The Charity Principles are followed by The Righteousness Principles. Before we analyze the marriages of prophet Mohammad, what kind of righteousness principles that prophet Mohammad put forward, should be learned.

Righteousness Principle - 1

Following is the definition of Righteousness.

"Righteousness is the one

Who believes in Allah (One God),
The Last Day,
The Angels,
The Book,
The Prophets
Gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to the poor, and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask,
To set slaves free,
Performs the Prayer,
Gives the Zakath (mandatory charity),
Who fulfill their covenant when they make it,
Who are patient in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles).

Such are the people of the truth and they are the righteousness." Quran 2:177

- Believing in God in a way that He requires, is righteousness.
- Believing in all the Scriptures of God is righteousness.
- Believing in all the Prophets of God is righteousness.
- ...

Righteousness Principle - 2

Hold on to truth, for being truthful leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. Verily, a man will keep saying the truth and striving for truth, until he is written before Allah (One God) as very truthful.

Beware of lying, for lying leads to sin, and sin leads to the Fire. Verily, the man will keep lying and striving for falsehood until he is written before Allah as a great liar. - Prophet Mohammad.

Righteousness Principle - 3

He that has initiated a good deed, will have its reward and a reward equal to those who followed him in that, without decreasing theirs by naught.
• He that initiated an evil deed will have its punishment and a punishment equal to those who followed him in that, without decreasing theirs by naught. - Prophet Mohammad.

- If a good deed done by a person was imitated by another person, then the reward for the person who started the good deed will be multiplied.
- If a bad deed done by a person was imitated by another person, then the punishment for the person who started the bad deed will be multiplied.

Righteousness Principle - 4

Do not consider any act of goodness insignificant, even if it is meeting your brother with a cheerful face." - Prophet Mohammad.

- Keeping a cheerful face is part of goodness and it is righteousness !

Righteousness Principle - 5

Prophet asked - "Who takes these words to act on them or teach others to action them ? "

Abu Huraira (one of the companion) said : "I take them Messenger of Allah!" Abu-Huraira said: "The Messenger of Allah held me by the hand and counted five things". He said:

Ward off the prohibitions, so that you would be one of those who worship Allah (One God) much.
Be satisfied with what Allah gives you so that yo would be the riches among people.
Treat your neighbor kindly, so that you would be a believer.
Love for other people what you love for yourself, so that you would be a Muslim.
And do not laugh much for laughing much deadens the heart - Prophet Mohammad.

- In order for a person to be a believer, he needs to treat his neighbor kindly.
- In order for a person to be a Muslim, he needs to love for other people what he love for himself.

What you see is only a few samples from the 100s of Righteousness Principles that were envisaged, practiced and put before this mankind, by prophet Mohammad.

Simply speaking, people who scandalize the marriages of prophet Mohammad, are ignorant about The Principles of Righteousness that prophet Mohammad practiced and put forward.

The point is -

- If prophet Mohammad had lived with more than one wife, he had The Best Sense of Righteousness.
- If prophet Mohammad had lived with more than one wife, he was the most truthful man. He was know as The Trustworthy, among his nation.
- If prophet Mohammad had lived with more than one wife, he initiated all good deed and prohibited all bad deeds.
- ...
- If prophet Mohammad had lived with more than one wife, then it was based on these kind of 100s of Righteousness Principles.

will be continued ...
